SPECIAL NOTES ON DATES:
- Any Canadian Shipper that is exporting Human or Animal Foods, or ingredients for Human and Animal Foods to the United States will need to have the Preventive Controls Program (PCP) in accordance with the USA time frames and applicable dates.
- Any Shipper of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables in Canada will be required to have a Preventive Controls Program PCP acceptable to CFIA by June 2016. This means that transporters of fresh fruits and vegetables will need Preventive Controls by June 2016
