April Edition: Iron Apple – Certified Driver Training for FSMA Compliance
Iron Apple Newsletter – Featured Content: Enforcement of Sanitary Transport rule came into effect April 6. Now that we are in the enforcement period of the sanitary transport rule, it is even more critical that you ensure your company meets the requirements. The result of not meeting requirements could be warning letters, fines, mandatory recalls, prosecution and more. We’ve heard from several of our clients that their shippers are requiring them to be FSMA compliant and provide documented proof before they are allowed to pick up or drop off any loads.
